Happy September There's A Lot Happening!
Who else loves Fall? The cooler temps, the promise of the holidays ahead? LOVE IT. Also this time of year is my busy season. In October I have the awards show a The Wild Bunch Film Festival in Wilcox. I'm excited as heck and am currently shopping for the clothes! (That's always fun.) But, I think my biggest excitement is that I've teamed up with Joe Cornet at San Rafael Productions. I have been given the honor of novelizing his film, Promise. If you haven't seen the film, you can find it on all streaming platforms. Converting a screenplay into a novella has been fun and challenging. My goal is simple. Keep it as close to the film as possible all while giving the characters a voice. A cover reveal and the novella will be live by October 1st. I can't wait!
