A New Year and new opportunities.

Today sometimes feels like the hangover of a big year-long party.  There's a mess to clean up while we think about the next big event-New Years.  The older we get, more and more we're stunned at how fast time flies by and usually, we lament on the changes that have occurred over the last twelve months.
Be easy on yourselves. Life is a rough sport.  If you didn't do anything you set out to do the last year, well here comes a whole new opportunity to give those goals another shot.
I will be sitting down to finish book two of Children of the Horse.  It will focus on the village and cover some of the love story of Raven Eye and Bird Song while we watch the love of Snow Fire and Bear Talker continue to grow.   Hopefully, we will see the publishing of Seducing his Senator, a fast and very hot western contemporary.  By the end of the year I should also be starting on pages of some sort of sequel to Josey's Mountain.
These are the goals--let's see how much I can accomplish.
Have a blessed and very safe New Year.  Elle

My daughter and Rice Krispies Cereal. Wow.

My seven year-old daughter is a fussy eater.  Really, a cute little pain in the butt when it comes to her food.  Not interested in the big ham and egg feast I made this morning she pouted in the kitchen until she saw the box of cereal meant for the marshmallow treats.  I pour her a small bowl because I didn't expect she'd eat it being such a picky person.
I give her the bowl...she brings it back to me staring at it with this perplexed look on her face.  I sigh.
"What's wrong now?"
"Mommy, it's making a fizzing noise, and jumping around in my bowl.  What's wrong with it?"
It didn't register in my mind at first but when it did, I howled with laughter.
"That's what that cereal does...snap crackle and pop."   I am crying because I forgotten that at her age how could she know this?
She gives me this look like...WOW!!!!   Ate the whole damn bowl.

Don't forget that life is all about the simple joys, the small discoveries and laughs.  It doesn't matter if you get nothing under the tree or a truckload.  The things of value cannot be purchased.

Merry Christmas everyone.  ~Elle

I lost a Christmas present

Writers are typically insane.  This time of the year just brings it out in spades.  I have a costly gift for my son that I hid so well that now I can't find it.  I've torn up everything, the closet, under the bed, behind the dresser.   I've been known to do this with money too.  I think in my last life I must have lived in a castle because I seem to hide my treasures behind art work, inside books etc etc.... But where the hell did I put this gift?

Is this a mom thing, a me thing or a creative mind out of control thing?

Meanwhile, Children of the Horse is going to be avail in print in a few days. I'm glad my work is all on Amazon, because then I can't lose it.

I hope I find that gift before Christmas.  Ah, maybe by next Christmas?

Happy Release day!!! Excerpt from Children of the Horse

Bear Talker turned her away from the horses to carry her to the water then hesitated. “Do you want me to remove your shift?” Again, her face flushed. She wasn’t sure if this man had ever seen her naked, but she wasn’t ready for that now. His face was so close to hers she could feel his breath on her skin. “Nay, leave it be,” she replied in a slight quiver. Bear Talker shrugged a shoulder as he waded in.

Erin noticed that in the little cove where he had taken them, they were surrounded by tiny pods of Cat-tails. The silk broke free from broken pods and floated like tiny dancers, swaying and lifting with the breeze before gently landing on the surface of the water. Becoming immersed in the beauty around her she momentarily forgot about her anxiety and sorrow. She continued to become fascinated by the pods that surfed both the air and the water, and wondered if she had seen this before with snowflakes. She sighed. Wherever she was, and with whom, she could not say, however she couldn’t imagine a more beautiful spot to be.

I think a Josey's Mountain or One Hundred Horses Coffee Mug means I've made it.

When you are blessed with a cool, innovated publisher like Solstice, occasionally they come up with some clever ideas.  Mine made Mugs with our books on them.  I love it.  Just don't tell the boss that my mug will often have more whiskey than coffee.   Depending on what kind of mood I'm in.  I'll really know Solstice loves me when they make me my own beer mug.  For now, this will do.  If you want to join me every morning with a cup of coffee you can order your mug at www.Solsticepublishing.com Tell them you're on the look out for Elle Marlow shot glasses too.  Oh they'll know, they'll know....

Tis' the season of Where Did I Put That? Fa la la la la la la la la

You’re probably thinking that I’ve gone off the deep end with this blog post.  But you’ll see exactly what I mean in the next few days as you try and wrap all those Black Friday deals.   And if you’re one of those super organized women with all your wrapping materials neatly stored in a plastic container, you have no idea the fun you’re depriving yourself of.  Plus, the rest of the world hates you.  Just sayin'
“Frank!  I can’t find the scissors!”
“I think Suzy has them in her room.  All her Barbies have mohawks.”
“Frank!”  Where the hell is the tape!”
“I used it to fix that leak under the faucet.  I think it ended up in Suzy’s room she couldn’t find clothes for Barbie so she wrapped up her privates with it.”
“FRANK!” where is the gift wrap and the damn bows?”
“Oh is that what that was?  I don’t remember.  Ask Suzy.”
“FRANK, I found the tape, the scissors and the gift wrap but now I can’t find a pen to sign the packages”
“Suzy was drawing a new face on Barbie she might now, ask her.”

"Frank, those scissors are dull, the tape Suzy used is duct tape, and I can't sign the packages in crayon!"

"You knew this day was coming.  This is all your fault."

Two hours later....
Frank walks into the bedroom where you’re buried under mis-measured, mis-cut paper and tiny little sticky price tags stuck to your forehead.

“You’re losing your touch, Mabel.  These packages look like shit. Here, let me help.”
“I need the scissors, " he says....
“I think you’re sitting on them.”
“Where’s the tape?"
“LOOK FRANK.  YOU’VE DONE NOTHING BUT SIT ON YOUR ASS WHILE I BATTLED THE ZOMBIES AT THE BLACK FRIDAY SALES, YOU BARELY CLEANED UP AFTER THANKSGIVING AND I DON’T HAVE TIME TO HELP YOU FIND THE DAMN TAPE!  BESIDES, YOU’RE SITTING ON THAT TOO!”

This is when those cardboard tubes from the wrap become good weapons of destruction.

Butterball Turkey Butt Disease

I'm not going to talk about food or food preparation on this eve of Thanksgiving. I figure we have enough of those so instead, I'm going to discuss a well known yet little talked about phenomenon that happens as soon as the weather shifts from summer to fall, crisping the air.

Butterball Turkey Butt Disease.
Yes it is real.
Mainly affects women over the age of mid 2o's and with hips that measure out 36 inches and beyond.  Sometimes the male species will catch this disease but it doesn't seem to have the long lasting effects in the human male than his female counterpart.

First step in contracting this ailment is to spend time outdoors.  You will notice the first symptom of this disease when someone decides to build a campfire to warm things up.  This disease gives off the perverse desire to stand around the campfire backwards.  As in, here is this beautiful fire and we are going to ignore it, pretend it isn't there by sticking out butts out at it and look around everywhere else.
Women will stand like this so long the little copper rivets in our jeans will get hot enough to burn the skin.
Men, seem to turn away from the fire and they are cured.  Not so much for women,  We continuously turn our asses toward the flame but relief is only temporary.  You know when you are in a downright full epidemic of BBTBD when you crawl into bed with your spouse.

That's when it hits.  The full force of BBTBD.  You poke your butt out and shove it up against your partner's warm body, praying for a cure.  He screams;

"YOUR ASS IS SO COLD, I COULD LICK MY HAND AND IT WOULD STICK!"
"PLEASE, YES, PLEASE RUB MY BUTT AND WARM IT UP!"

He tries to scoot away from your butt but you keep sliding toward him...before he knows it, he has fallen on the floor.  You can't find relief.   So instead, you use your feet.  You try like hell to stick a cold foot in one of his body crevices hoping that if you can get your foot warm that somehow that heat will travel up to your ass.

Nothing works.
You will be fine by morning.  Until you go outside again and your husband eye's you suspiciously and with disdain.  He knows what's coming.

"Can't you get your Grandma to knit you a butt warmer or something?"
"You're not sleeping with me tonight. I swear.  I can't fall on the floor again."

Have a great Thanksgiving!

When you're married to a cowboy

Make sure you use specific language.  For instance, last night at seven p.m. I came running out of the bedroom..."I just bought Dakota a ride-on Mustang for Christmas!  The thing is we have to go get it now!"
Hubby runs out the door fast.  I notice he is acting like he is going to hook up the horse trailer.
"No! a Power Wheels Mustang!"

To a cowboy or at least for my husband who is just married to a horse crazy woman, everything has to do with horses.  But I am excited to see my daughter's face when she gets her Mustang.  Plus, it doesn't eat or drink.   Good horse.

Elle Marlow Crew Took Tombstone by Storm

What a blast.  If you've never been, go.  Tombstone is everything they say and more.  I felt right at home on the boardwalks, the saloons and at the Bird Cage theater.  Can't wait to go back.   Next time, I'll take a stack of Josey's Mountain with me.  :)

Happy release day to author Monica Garry-Allen
Today is the release day for Christmas Confusion, a fun romantic comedy featuring a cast of unforgettable characters.
ABOUT THE BOOK
TITLE – Christmas Confusion
SERIES – Bailey’s Chaotic Life
AUTHOR – Monica Garry-Allen
GENRE – Chick lit, Romantic Comedy, New Adult
PUBLICATION DATE – November, 03, 2014
BOOK BLURB
~Bailey Cooper has fallen in love – sadly the man she’s in love with already has a man. Or so she thinks. Sounds complicated doesn’t it? ~
Bailey Cooper is very much attracted to her neighbor Max Davis. Unfortunately for Bailey, Greg – Max’s lover is slowly becoming one of Bailey’s best friends. Bailey’s emotions are torn. She adores Greg’s friendship while at the same time she craves Max’s touch.
What is a girl to do when she ‘thinks’ the man she’s in love with is in love with someone else?
Max Davis and his baby brother Greg Davis are co-owners of the apartment building they live in. Max has fallen for his tenant, Bailey, but she avoid and ignore all of his advances. It doesn’t take long for him to become suspicious of the friendship blooming between Greg and Bailey. He believes Bailey has a crush on his brother but Max wants his shy little neighbor all to himself. Now he has to think of ways to keep Bailey and Greg apart, which is ridiculous because Greg isn’t even in to women. Time to break that news to his neighbor and hope it causes her attention to swing his way.
Will a holiday weekend full of chaos, confusion and a little bit of charm finally get Bailey and Max on the right track? Or will a few innocent caresses lead to more Christmas confusion?

Excerpt
Max scooted back on the couch, he reached toward Bailey, eyes straying to her legs. Even though she wore jeans, he still pictured her legs bare, like they were when she jumped on his counter.
Her eyes widened as his hand came closer and closer. Max leaned forward, stretching his arm even closer to her body, he ached to touch her. His fingertips itched for a chance to slide down her body. As he moved closer, he heard her inhale deeply and he couldn’t escape the erotic images that flowed through his mind. Oh, the sounds I could cause her to make, if she would give me the chance.
Max continued edging forward, until his fingers wrapped around what he was reaching for. He picked the remote control up and moved back to his side of the couch. His hand shook slightly. Bailey exhaled. The sound sent chills over his body. Max pointed the remote at the television and pressed play.
He cleared his throat. “Do you want to start from the beginning or do you want me to find the last scene you watched?”
Max waited on her to answer but all he heard was the sound of her breathing. He kept his eyes straight forward, fearing the sight of her chest rising and falling would be his downfall. She took so long to answer that he forgot what his question was.
“Whatever you want,” she whispered, and his gut clenched. Max pressed pause.
What was his question? For the life of him, he couldn’t remember what he’d asked her. But her answer ‘whatever you want’ was the answer he craved. A thousand questions raced through his head, ‘Bailey, what do you want me to do to you with my tongue?’ Her answer of ‘whatever you want’ would be perfect for that question. ‘Bailey, what do you want me to do to you with my hands?’ Whatever you want would be the perfect answer to that question. But none of those were the question she was answering. What had he asked her?
“Or we could just watch television,” she said. “We don’t have to watch the movie, I know it’s a chick flick and you may not like it.”
Oh yeah, the movie. “No, no, we can watch the movie.” Get it together, Max.
“Okay,” Bailey smiled and snuggled further into the comforter. His comforter, the one he would sleep under later on tonight. The comforter that would have her sweet scent on it until he decided to wash it, if he decided to wash it. Get it together, now, Max.
Max cleared his throat again. He felt like his t-shirt was getting tighter, choking him. Max found it hard to swallow. “We can just watch it from the beginning. How long is this movie anyway?” he asked her.
“It’s a short movie, about an hour long.”
He would have an hour in her company, an hour with her sitting within arms-reach of him, an hour of sweet torture. He would enjoy every minute of it.

Get to know The Pin-Up Artist

The Pin-Up Artist Interview

 Authored by Elle Marlow

Elle, what is the Pin-Up Artist and why is it having such a strong debut?

The Pin-Up Artist created itself.  Believe me, my normal genre is western or native romance.  I love humor and I’m a big fan of Evanovich but I never saw myself writing a romantic/comedy/suspense.  I loved how it turned out though and the reception has been amazing.

Didn’t you have other ideas for publishing this story?

Um, yes I did.  It had been requested in full by Harlequin.  I adore Harlequin and their staff, but I have marketing in my blood and I wanted The Pin-Up Artist available to ride on Josey’s Mountain coat tails.

Did it?

That’s the funny thing.  No it didn’t.  It’s creating its own fan base because of the vast difference between them.

What’s the story about?

It’s really cute.   Our heroine, Ginger Garrett is a twenty something year old waitress who just walks out of divorce court and into her life.  She is determined to stay single and hopefully, not screw up anymore.

The Hero is a forty plus ready to settle down hot firecaptain.  The sparks between these two are RED HOT.   Her mother whom she refers to as “Ma”  is certifiably crazy and she is HILARIOUS.  She is always confusing her words and then will have moments of pure genius.  However she accidentally gets involved with a crime ring and our hero has to save her and the whole town.  Meanwhile he is falling in love with Ginger the waitress.  It’s a beautiful funny romance.  I just love it.

I’d tell you more, but I can’t.  It must be experienced.  LOL

Welcome Crystal Vaughan to the Elite Blog!   Thank you for stopping by and telling us about your newest release,
Conspiracy Of Ravens

Ashland, Oregon – Chrystal Vaughan, author of paranormal horror novels Sideshow and Dead in the Water, has been contracted with Solstice Publishing for her latest work, Conspiracy of Ravens.  The latest in a series of pulse-pounding tales, Vaughan says its two predecessors are written in such a way that they can stand as individual stories, but still feed into each other, creating a fluid, overarching theme.  Yet this particular work stands apart in a very important way.

“This new book,” Vaughan states, “has an occult/paranormal theme, a serial killer, romance, and death...lots of death.

Set in Philadelphia, Conspiracy of Ravens focuses on the mysterious and opportunistic Catherine Meara, a.k.a. the “Raven Witch Killer,” and Philly Herald reporter Sophia Pascale, who has been assigned to interview the convicted murderer at the Philadelphia State Penitentary.  As the interview progresses, Pascale learns that not only is Meara other than what she appears, but the visit also throws a curveball in the form of the attractive Officer Shaw, who beguiles the young journalist.  The question for Pascale becomes not just whether the interview will make her career, but also if she can deal with the horrors unfolding around her without becoming yet another victim.

Vaughan admits this book is extremely different from the first two, as the first novel was more for a fear-based work, and the second ventured into the world of Young Adult Horror.  Conspiracy of Ravens, Vaughan says, required a different approach due to Meara being a female serial killer.  When asked about the inspiration for the novel, she revealed some interesting reasons for her choice of plot.

“I was inspired by a conversation with my daughter about the names for groups of animals,” Vaughan says.  “I've got a thing about ravens, too. I've also always been interested in the occult--Tarot cards and the like-- and serial killers interest me in terms of their psychology.”

Conspiracy of Ravens is set to release upon an unsuspecting world on August 1st, 2014. Purchasers eager to exchange their nights of easy rest can download or buy print copies from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Smashwords, and Solstice Publishing.

Thank you readers,  Josey's Mountain is #2 in Native romance and #4 in Western romance.   Awesome!

There is no greater joy as an author to see your books doing well or know that readers are enjoying them.  But I get a real big kick out the arguments over which of my heroes are the "Better Man"  Well this must have sparked something in Cade McCormick of POUR ME because this little novella has shot up in sales out of the blue.   Watch out Hawk Marlow and Dalton Stanton...Cade has something to prove.

But when a living shadow mentions someone called the Storyteller, Alix hesitantly decides to learn more.  They say the Storyteller lives in a massive library full of books that tell every being’s life story. He can read these books, rewrite them and change anything he wants, even if it’s already happened. Sunday, June 29, 2014

So far the reception on Josey's Mountain is beyond my expectations. There is something about that manuscript that I can't put my finger on. It just seems to breathe it's own air. I'm thrilled that readers feel it too.

Sunday morning brunch wouldn't be complete without a spicy Bloody Mary. While the hubby is watching sports, you need a good drink and a good book.
Also, venture out and try a new author, an unknown. You can't imagine the thrill it is for writers to see a sale. Give them a try and sip often and sip slowly. Happy Sunday, Elites!

Today on our Ellite Blog, we have author Olivia Gracey.   Olivia is a debut author with her newest release from Solstice Publishing.
The Allow Factor.

Thank you for joining us here today, Olivia.

1.  How old were you when you started writing and when did you decide to take it serious?
I started writing at a very early age. I was always creating stories and characters out of my dolls. I began in junior high writing poems, short stories and songs. I was in my thirties when I decided I would write a novel. When I penned my first one I was hooked. Creating a story and a believable fictitious life became an obsession. It was all I wanted to do. I knew my purpose in this life had finally found me. But when my manuscript was finished and my beautiful piece was turned down time after time for publication, I became disheartened and set the dream aside. A few years later and a lot of encouragement I picked back up the dream with a new idea for a new book, “The Allow Factor.” My goal was set to be published by the time I was forty five, -violla… here I am.

2.  What made you take the plunge and hit submit?

I found purpose and meaning to help other women deal with their relationships thru the eyes of the character Sadie. I knew they would easily identify with her. I knew there was healing within the pages and if it helped me to write it then I just knew it could help someone else to read it. All the while still offering them a fictitious romance novel to get lost in.

3. Tell us about your book.
In a nutshell...Why do men treat us in such ways? We Allow them to. Why do they break our hearts? We allow them to. Why do we walk away broken? We allow ourselves to. When you take full responsibility of how your relationship turned out you see where you went wrong.  You learn from it. You hopefully raise the bar on what your worth. Every girl deserves to be someones forever bride.

4.  Tell us about yourself.  What kind of things other than writing do you enjoy?
I don’t sit still. I have my hands involved in everything. I’m a florist…used to own my own floral business back in 1998. Because of that I still do flowers and event planning. I love to paint, sew and cook. I make a mean lasagne that would make you think I was born italian. I used to be a personal trainer helping woman learn how to take better care of themselves and how to eat so yes I’m a gym rat at heart, love a good sweat. I run as often as I can and lift weights. I’m a firm believer in The Good Lord and feel I am blessed beyond reason. He has given me great peace through my writing. I spend as much time as I can with my two boys. My oldest son plays in a band with me called "Just Gracey.” We write and compose all of our own music and do a few Folk covers as well. We play at a local mall on weekends and wherever we can.

Okay, all my guest have to answer the famous "Deserted Island Questions

So, you are forever cast alone on a deserted island but you are granted a few things to take with you.

1.  Your favorite restaurant
That’s easy…. Casa Blanca… Mexican
2.  Your favorite book
I would have to say the Bible only because I’m bad about reading it…I don’t read. lol And if I was deserted on an Island I would be forced to read it!
3.  Your favorite pet
I have three dogs…Can’t leave anyone behind; Gizzy, Boo Radley (my poms) and Toby Keith (my German shepherd).
4.  Your favorite T.V. Show?
Big Bang Theory…the only show that’s made me laugh in a while.

Thank you.  Are there a few things you would like to say in closing?   And make sure you include your buy links or expected release dates.

Thank you for having me on your Blog! Please check out my new book “The Allow Factor” and share it with your friends. I haven’t met a woman yet that couldn’t relate. It could be just the book you need to read! Please stop by my pages and read my blogs. You’ll learn more about the book and fall in love with Sadie. She’s a crazy kind of beautiful!

Welcome author C.A. Szarek to Ellite!
Chrissy is a very talented author with the ability to write different genres.  Her latest, The Tartan Mp3 Player is already out and doing fantastic!  I am very honored and humbled that she took the time to stop in and say hello.

1. How old were you when you wrote your first story and when did you decide to take writing seriously?
I have always been a writer. So I was very young when I started. I think I told stories before I actually wrote them down, too. It’s destiny for me, I think. But when I wrote what I could call a novel/story I was 14. It WILL NEVER see the light of day, but it was about a 14 year old girl (obvi I didn’t think outside the box) finding a dragon egg in the woods. LOL. It was full of magic and first kisses, too. Romance was ALWAYS a part of anything I wrote, even as a kid.
I didn’t “get serious” about writing until a few years ago. I never STOPPED writing, but decided to pursue publication and joined RWA, and my chapter NTRWA to find out the “How.”  I’ve never looked back and I don’t think I’ll start! LOL.
2.  Since you write multiple genres,  do you have a favorite to write and or read?
As far as writing, not really. I thought I would always been a fantasy girl at heart, but I really love my romantic suspense just as much.  I also write paranormal and YA, tho I have nothing out from those genres—yet. I am all over the place as a reader, too. If it’s good, I’ll read it. LOL. I tend to go through moods where I will prefer one genre over the other, but I still enjoy reading everything. 3.  What can you recommend for aspiring writers trying to make it in this business?
Never. Ever. Ever. Ever. Give up. This is hard. You will have to work for what you want. 4.  Are you a pantser or a plotter?
Pantser. I try to plot, but it doesn’t work for me. The most “plotting” I do is bullet points of things I know will happen on a word doc. I like the story and the characters to unfold organically. Works better for me and they’re more real that way.
5.  My famous deserted Island question;  (every author has to answer these) lol      You are sent away forever on your own private island.  You can only take one of each of the following;       Favorite restaurant: Antones Italian Restaurant back home in Ohio on Belmont Ave. (God I miss that place)       Favorite Pet: My baby boy, lab/border collie mix. His name is Tazer. (Sorry to my other two luvs, Harley and Bailey)        One book: OMG! One? ONE! ONE? How could I ever choose? Okay, The Deserted Island Survival guide! LOL

Welcome to the Ell-ite blog debut author F.J. Thomas.

I have known this pretty lady for a few years over the internet.  F.J. is kind, compassionate and funny.  She knows her way around a horse and the pen and paper.   She has a new release "Lost Betrayal" with Solstice Publishing.   I think you will fall in love with her as much as I have.   Here's the interview;

Please tell us about yourself, where are you from,  and a little about your family.

I originally grew up in Nashville but have lived the last ten years in east Tennessee on our small horse farm, Fairweather Farm. I’m married to my husband, Steve, and have three step children who are all in the Army. I work full time in the healthcare industry writing healthcare appeals to pay the feed bill but I’m really a lost cause horse geek at heart. I judge horse shows, train, and compete in anything from barrel racing and cattle sorting to huntseat. I just love horses!

When did you start writing and when did you decide to take it seriously?

I was a junior in High School when I wrote my first poem and went on to win second place in a state wide competition in poetry. I also write songs but haven’t had any luck with those. I started getting kind of serious about writing in my thirties writing articles and doing some copy writing but it wasn’t until last year that I sold my first book.

Who are your favorite authors?

Boy, that’s a hard one because I can appreciate writing ability regardless of genre and I have a wide array of tastes, really. For instance, I love Stephen King. He’s a master at suspense but I just did a proof read of Cooper, a western written by Tell Cotten, and he does a wonderful job with subtle humor and dialogue. I have to say also that you’re one of my favorite authors as well because you do such a wonderful job at making the characters real and your personality shows through your writing. You’ve got a great voice.

What books in your collection have you read more than once?

I spend a lot of time reading self-help books on writing trying to improve so I’ve probably re-read those type books the most. As far as fiction, I’ll confess I read the first book of Fifty Shades Twice. I mean, what married woman wouldn’t? LOL!

What are your writing goals?  Where do you see yourself this time next year?

You know, the goal that’s always in the forefront for me is to be authentic as a writer. That’s very important to me and I think readers deserve authenticity and realness. Since a girl can dream big, my ultimate goal is to write my way right out of my current job. I’d love to get involved in movies as I’ve got a lot of ideas bouncing around in my head. This time next year I’d like to be started on my third book. I’ve already started my second and I’m hoping to get it done by the end of summer, that is if show season doesn’t intervene too much!
6. My last question;  You are stuck on an island forever...  you can only pick one answer for each of the following questions.

You can only have one restaurant on your island....  who do you chose? –Vittorinos Italian Restaurant from Loudon, TN . I love their Calzones!
One movie – Seabiscuit – That movie is so inspirational!
One book –Bible. That’s my rock, but it’s also full of some great stories so you’re killing two needs with one stone!
One form of medication –I’d rather have wine, LOL!
One animal –Dog. I’d be too worried about not having grass for a horse.

Last parting comments?
First of all, thanks for having me on your blog – you rock! I also want to thank Solstice Publishing and my editor, Tell Cotton, for giving me a chance. Without him none of this would have happened. As far as parting words for writers, don’t give up. The majority of times the only difference between you and someone who has made it is that the other person didn’t give up.
